Why these three
USFans, CNFans and Kakobuy are the agents most people cross-shop when they arrive from a spreadsheet: all three take Taobao, Weidian and 1688 links, all three offer QC photos, and all three have spreadsheet communities around them. They differ in how they charge. USFans charges a visible percentage on the item; CNFans and Kakobuy advertise no service fee and earn on the shipping leg and on partner arrangements.
This comparison uses figures for USFans from its fee page as of September 2026. For CNFans and Kakobuy, only headline claims that the agents themselves publish are repeated; anything this site has not been able to confirm is marked "not published" rather than guessed. Fees move, so check each agent's fee page on the day you order.
The comparison table
"Not published" means the agent does not state a fixed figure on its public fee page, or the figure changes by parcel so that a single number would be misleading.

Reading the 0 % claim
An agent with no service fee still pays for a warehouse, staff, photography and payment processing. That money comes from the gap between the carrier rate the agent negotiates and the rate it quotes you, and from cashback arrangements with sellers and communities. Neither is hidden in a bad sense; it simply means the comparison has to be made on the final shipping quote, not on the headline.
The arithmetic follows from that. A percentage fee scales with item price and not with weight; a shipping margin scales with weight and not with item price. So a light, expensive parcel (a watch, one jacket) is where USFans's 5 % costs the most relative to a 0 % agent, and a heavy, cheap parcel (five hoodies, three pairs of sneakers) is where it costs the least.
A worked example
Take a typical spreadsheet order: one hoodie at the sheet median of 118.5 yuan, one pair of sneakers at 179 yuan and two tees at 61 yuan each, 419.5 yuan in total, about $58 at the indicative rate. On USFans the service fee is 5 % of that, roughly $2.90. The parcel weighs about 2.5 kg packed. On the tax-free US line at $12–15 per kg that is $30–38 in shipping.
For a 0 % agent to be cheaper overall on this parcel, its shipping quote for 2.5 kg on a comparable line would need to be less than about $27–35. That is the number to check, and it can only be checked by getting a quote. On a $300 watch weighing 300 g the picture flips: the 5 % fee is $15 and the shipping is small, so a 0 % agent with a similar shipping rate wins.
The only reliable comparison is to put the same parcel through each agent up to the shipping payment screen. Headline fees are marketing; the final quote is the price.
Where USFans is different
The visible fee is the main one: you can calculate the cost of an order before you place it. The stated 1–2 day processing and free unlimited QC photos are competitive with the larger agents. The line-up is oriented to the US, which is an advantage for US buyers and a limitation for others who may find fewer lines to Europe or Australia than at an older agent.
The main disadvantage is age. USFans launched in 2025 and has a shorter record than CNFans or Kakobuy. That is a reason to start with a small order, not a reason to avoid it.
Which one to pick
If you want to know your total before shipping and you are in the US, USFans is the straightforward choice. If your orders are light and expensive, a 0 % agent may be cheaper; get a quote. If you already have a balance and a history with one agent, the switching cost is real and the differences are small enough that staying is usually right.
Whichever you pick, the buttons on this site go to USFans. The source link on each product page gives you the raw store link, which any agent accepts.
Questions
Does CNFans really charge no service fee?
It advertises 0 %. The cost is recovered through shipping and partnerships. Compare final shipping quotes, not headline fees.
Can I use this spreadsheet with Kakobuy or CNFans?
Yes. Each product page has a source link to the original Taobao, Weidian or 1688 listing. Paste it into any agent. Only the "Open on USFans" button is agent-specific.
Which agent has the best QC photos?
All three offer free QC photos. USFans states unlimited. Photo quality is warehouse lighting at all of them; what you ask for matters more than which agent you use.
Have the CNFans and Kakobuy figures in the table been checked?
Only the claims they publish themselves are repeated here. Anything marked "not published" has not been confirmed by this site. Check the agents' fee pages before ordering.
Why does this site link to USFans only?
Because it is a USFans spreadsheet and earns an affiliate commission on USFans registrations. That is disclosed on every page. The comparison above is meant to be fair regardless.
