Three tools, three jobs
Ordering through an agent involves three separate tasks: finding items, estimating what the order will cost, and running the order itself. This site handles the first. The USFans estimator handles the second. The USFans website and app handle the third. This guide describes each and where they connect, so you are not looking for a feature in the wrong place.
The USFans app
USFans has iOS and Android apps as of September 2026. They cover the same account as the website: product search by pasted link, cart, orders, warehouse, QC photos, shipping and coupons. The app is convenient for checking QC photos and order status on the phone and for push notifications when a parcel arrives at the warehouse or a shipping quote is ready.
For the first order, the website is easier. Comparing variants and writing remarks are faster with a keyboard, and every find on this site opens the USFans product page directly in the browser. Use the app once the order is in progress.
- Install from the App Store or Google Play by searching for USFans, or follow the app links on usfans.com.
- Log in with the account you registered on the website; balance, coupons and orders carry over.
- Turn on notifications for warehouse arrival and shipping quotes.
- Use the app camera to save QC photos to your phone; they are the evidence if anything goes wrong.
The shipping estimator
The USFans fee page has an estimator: enter destination, weight and dimensions, and it lists the available lines with a price and a transit range. It is the only place to get a real shipping figure before you order, and it is what the per-kg bands in the shipping guide on this site approximate. Use it before adding a heavy item; the difference between a 2 kg and a 3 kg parcel on the tax-free US line is $12–15, which is the price of two tees.
What it cannot tell you is the volumetric weight of your specific parcel, because that depends on how the warehouse packs it. Enter a realistic box size for bulky items, or run the estimate twice: once for actual weight and once for a generous volume, and budget for the higher.
| Input | Where to get it | Note |
|---|---|---|
| Destination country and postcode | Your address | Remote areas may carry a surcharge |
| Weight | Sum of item weights from the shipping guide plus 10 % | Round up to the next 0.5 kg |
| Dimensions | Estimate; sneaker boxes are about 33 × 22 × 12 cm each | Volumetric = L × W × H / 6,000 on most air lines |
| Contents type | Whether anything has a battery or liquid | Restricts the line list |
This spreadsheet
The tools on this site are deliberately few. The browse page holds a grid of 8,300+ finds that can be filtered by search, category, store, seller and brand and sorted by orders, views, price or date; without JavaScript it still works, because the filters are a plain form and the pages are links. The 11 category pages are the same finds split by type with a written intro and buying tips, the seller pages split them by the sellers we work with, and each find has a page with the seller's photos.
What the site does not have: a search across the source database, price tracking, stock checks or user accounts. Each find links out to USFans; that is the whole design. The about page describes where the finds come from and how the default order works, and the changelog records changes to the site.
A workflow that uses all three
Filter the grid to the category and price band you want and note the candidate finds in your own list, with a weight per item using the figures from the shipping guide, and sum it. Put that weight into the USFans estimator to get the shipping figure for your line. Then open each find on USFans, confirm the live price, ask for measurements where needed, and order. When the items arrive at the warehouse, check the QC photos in the app, then ship.
Keep that list. Add the order number, the size ordered, the QC verdict and the landed cost per item. After two or three orders it tells you which sellers and categories are worth reordering from, which is something no public spreadsheet can tell you.
The estimator quote is not the final quote. The warehouse weighs and measures the packed parcel and the shipping step shows the actual figure. Expect the final quote to be within a few dollars of the estimate for dense parcels and higher for bulky ones.
Browser tips
Filtered views of the grid have their own address, so a category plus store plus sort combination can be bookmarked and comes back exactly as you left it. Product pages open in the same tab; use a middle click or long press to open several finds in new tabs while you compare, and open the USFans link only from the one you want to order.
If you keep a personal list, note the date you looked next to each entry; the grid reads the database live and the seller pool changes as sellers add listings, so a price you noted weeks ago should be re-checked on USFans before ordering.
Questions
Is the USFans app required?
No. The website has every function. The app is convenient for notifications and QC photos on the phone.
Where is the USFans shipping estimator?
On the USFans fee page at usfans.com/page/fees. It takes destination, weight and dimensions and lists the lines with prices.
Does this site have an app?
No. It is a website with a grid, category, seller and product pages. Add it to your home screen in the browser if you want an icon.
Can I search the whole USFans catalogue here?
No. The site holds the 8,300+ finds from the sellers we work with, not the whole USFans catalogue. For anything else, paste a store link into USFans directly.
How do I know when the data changed?
The grid reads the shared database on every request, so new and removed finds show up without an announcement. Changes to the site itself are recorded on the changelog page. There is no notification.
