About this site
Who runs it, how it is funded, and how the finds are ordered and shown.
This site exists for two things: to show the finds of the sellers we work with, and to get readers a USFans account through our link so that their orders count for those sellers. Everything on it, from the sign-up card on the home page to the button on every product page, is built around those two goals.
It shows every visible find from a shared product database: 8,300+ listings on Taobao, Weidian and 1688, read live at request time and shown 100 per page. Each find has a photo, the seller's last recorded price in yuan, an indicative dollar figure, an order count and a direct USFans link. You can browse the whole grid with filters, a page per category, a page per seller and a page per find. The section below explains where the finds come from and how they are ordered.
This site has a sister, usfans-spreadsheets.com: same editor, different scope. That one indexes the whole pool; this one is built around the sellers we work with and their sign-up funnel.
The site is independent and not operated by USFans. It is funded by affiliate commission (the USFans links carry a referral code and USFans pays a percentage when someone who registered through it places an order) and by sellers who pay for promoted placement. Promoted finds come first in the default order and are labelled as such on the card. You pay the same price either way. We do not verify that any item is authentic.
Same editor, different scope: the sister site usfans-spreadsheets.com indexes the whole pool; this one is built around the sellers we work with and their sign-up funnel. The USFans spreadsheet itself is the home page of this site.

Where the finds come from
The source is a shared product database that this editor maintains for the sister sheets. Listings are added by the sellers and a small group of contributors who spend their time on Weidian, Taobao and 1688; each listing stores a name, the seller, the store and product ID, the seller's last recorded price, photos, a view count and an order count.
This site reads that database at request time. Every visible listing with a price and a store product ID is on the site; listings a contributor has hidden are excluded, and nothing is copied into a file first. When a seller adds or delists something, the grid reflects it on the next request.
How the default order works
Sellers can pay for a placement on this site's pages. Finds with an active placement come first in the default order, ranked by the amount paid; they are labelled as promoted on the card. After the promoted finds, the order is by recorded orders, then by views, then by newest record as a tiebreak.
Finds without a photo that our image proxy can serve are moved down within their group so that a blank card does not take a top slot. The other sort options (most viewed, price, newest) ignore placements and sort the whole filtered set by that one key.
Sellers and their pages
Fourteen sellers we work with have a page of their own: LJR-Christine, ManYouisi, BoomFinds, FashionHunter, Tsuki, AlexLemo, RunVan, Sycho, Anmi, krferj, Ququ0105, ygtreece, SeeMay and Boostmasterlin. A seller page is the same grid, filtered to that seller, with a short description and the seller's categories, store mix and price range computed from the database.
Seller names in the database are matched case-insensitively and known spellings are merged; "manyouyisi", for example, is shown as ManYouisi. Finds from creators outside the fourteen are grouped under "Other sellers", which has no page of its own.
Currency conversion
The yuan price on each card is the seller's last recorded price in Chinese yuan, rounded to a whole number. The dollar figure multiplies it by 0.138, the CNY to USD rate set by hand on 2026-09-18. It is labelled indicative because the rate is not refreshed automatically and because USFans converts at its own rate when you pay.
Neither figure includes the USFans service fee of 5 %, domestic shipping from the seller to the warehouse, or international shipping. Use the estimator on the USFans fee page for a landed figure.
What we do not verify
We do not verify that an item is authentic or that it is what its name says it is. We do not check stock: a listing that ranks high can be sold out or delisted by the time you open it. We do not vet sellers beyond the fact that we work with them or that a contributor listed them, and we do not confirm that the photo shows the batch you will receive. The QC photos USFans takes after purchase are the only reliable view of the actual item.
We also do not verify order counts or view counts against the store: they come from the database, not from Taobao or Weidian, and they are a relative signal for ranking, not store sales.
Changes to the site are listed in the changelog.
